I
t's strange. Fall is the "off" season in Colorado. Bookings are down, and consequently, so are prices. But the locals know the state is never prettier. With golden aspens shimmering on the mountain sides, brilliant days, frosty nights, and a dusting of snow above timberline, what's not to love about fall?

Grab your hiking boots, mountain bike, and camera. It's fall in Colorado!
